Refund policy

Pre-orders, cancellations, and refunds

Every item in this collection is a pre-order. We charge your card at the time of purchase so we can reserve your tags from a limited production run.

Cancel any time before your order ships. Email us at hello@tagliatravel.com with your order number and we will cancel your pre-order and refund you in full, no questions asked, as long as the order has not yet shipped.

After your order ships: if your tags arrive damaged, defective, or not as described, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace them or refund you. For any other reason, you may return unused tags in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.

If we cannot ship by our promised date: our current pre-order ship date is on or before August 31, 2026. If we are not able to ship by that date, we will email you with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.
