Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, store, products, and services of Taglia Travel, LLC ("Taglia," "we," "us," or "our"), including tagliatravel.com, tag.tagliatravel.com, and the NFC tag service. By using our sites, placing an order, or opting into our messaging, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or create an account. By using our services you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Products, Limited Runs & Availability

Taglia sells products in limited collections ("drops"). Each design in a collection is produced in a limited quantity for that run, and once a run sells out, that design closes. We may choose to produce future collections or re-release designs, but we do not promise that any specific design, run, price, or packaging will return. Product images, colors, and descriptions are provided as accurately as we can; slight variation in a handmade or co-injected product is normal and not a defect.

3. Pre-Orders, Pricing & Payment

Some items are sold as pre-orders. When you place a pre-order, your payment method is charged at the time of purchase to reserve your item from a limited run, and your item ships by the date shown at checkout (currently on or before August 31, 2026 for the La Dolce Vita collection). Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. If we discover an error in a price or description, we may cancel the affected order and refund you. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.

4. Shipping, Cancellations & Returns

We currently ship within the United States, with free standard shipping. You may cancel a pre-order any time before it ships for a full refund by emailing hello@tagliatravel.com. Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund; return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If a shipment is delayed beyond the promised date, we will notify you and you may keep the order at the revised date or cancel for a full refund. Our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy are incorporated into these Terms.

5. Your Account and the NFC Service

Each Taglia tag contains an NFC chip you claim to a Taglia account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact information you choose to share and for keeping your account credentials secure. You control what a person who taps your tag can see, and you can enable Private Mode to hide all contact details. The NFC service helps a finder reach you; it is a convenience feature, not a tracking, security, or guaranteed-recovery service, and it depends on a finder voluntarily tapping the tag with a compatible phone. We do not guarantee that a lost item will be recovered.

6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (for example, drop alerts) from Taglia Travel at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile information is handled per our Privacy Policy, and we do not sell mobile opt-in data. You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the number you provide.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services, including by attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfering with the sites' operation or security, scraping or overloading our systems, or using our services for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

The Taglia name, logo, the distinctive tag shape, designs, artwork, and site content are the property of Taglia Travel, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the NFC service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any lost item will be returned.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taglia Travel, LLC and its members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taglia Travel, LLC from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the services or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
